GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be redeemed through purchases made with Millo Silks.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In the rare event that you wish to exchange a product, please follow these guidelines:
All products undergo a through quality check, and we request you to create an unboxing
video for reference in case of defects or damages.
Contact our customer care executive before shipping the product back to us. A 3% Payment
Gateway Charge will be deducted for exchanges, converted to credit points for the next
purchase.
Exchange is not applicable for deviations in colours from the website, as we ensure accurate
representation through professional and daylight images.
Sarees with cut blouse portions, tasselled, Gift Cards, and Sale items are not eligible for
return.
Email info@millosilks.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing order details
and reasons for exchange.
Include the unboxing video for exchanges due to defects or damages.
Millo Silks reserves the right to decline exchanges and will provide a relevant reason if not
valid.

Millo Silks will not be liable for post-purchase damages caused by rain, overuse, stains,
incorrect cleaning, normal wear and tear, or any requested saree tassel/blouse detachment
services.
